Ubuntu : Re-enable Syanaptic Package Manager

Install Syanptic (Ubuntu has omitted it, but I like it)

Ubuntu : Re-enable Syanaptic Package Manager
Synaptic package manager is not installed by default in Ubuntu 11.10 and while Ubuntu Software Center got many new features, it still can't do everything Synaptic can. Install Synaptic back using the following command:
sudo apt-get install synaptic
